Refund Policy

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel any order you have placed with us any item purchased from us up to 7 days after the product has been delivered to you, provided the product remains un-used and is returned in original condition, sealed in its original packaging

Refund between 7 and 30 days
Should you withdraw your purchase between 7 - 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, you can return the item to us so long as the item is in its original condition (unopened with seal, shrink-wrap and labels intact) and we will refund the cost of the item. 
A refund for the cost of the product purchase price will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt. Dispatch costs are not recoverable and are therefore non-refundable. We will have no further liability

All returned goods should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team on support@be-active.co.uk at your own cost, unless supplied in error. If goods are faulty we will send a replacement at our cost. In the event that the customer refuses a replacement the return of the goods will be at the customer's cost.The goods must be fully protected and securely packaged, including the original despatch note, in order to be eligible for refund. We recommend as a minimum that you return the product through recorded delivery and/or track & trace with a carrier, but this is optional. Proof of postage should be obtained, so that in the unlikely event of a non-arrival you are able to make a claim against Royal Mail/Carrier.
Please note: A proof of postage does not provide delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for any non-arrivals. 


We can only accept return of opened items if they are faulty.  We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please note: For returned rope and football net orders a 15% product restocking fee may be withheld. Therefore please ensure order is correct before making purchase.

Non-Arrivals
A confirmation email is sent upon dispatch of your order. Orders take 3-5 working days to arrive. In the event of non arrival of goods, notification to support@be-active.co.uk must be received within 14 days of the original dispatch.
